When You Use Our Product and Services
If you are a Customer, you or your employer may provide certain personal information to us through the use of our products - for example, when you register for an NGS account, when you consult with customer support, communicate via email or Slack, or communicate with us in any way. Personal information we collect may include: Business contact information: such as your name, job title, organization, phone number, email address, IP addresses, log files, and country. Payment information: your credit card numbers and other payment information. Our third-party payment processors (like Stripe) collect this information on your behalf if you provide this information as a method of payment for Services via our website. Synadia does not have access to this information.
When You Engage with Synadia
You have the right to opt-out of any marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing emails we send you.
Privacy of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 16 may have provided us Personal Information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Disclosure of Information
Synadia does not rent or sell any information we collect on your behalf. We may share your information if required by law or with our trusted third parties. These third parties are given Personal Information they need only in order to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose Personal Information for their own marketing or other purposes.
Retention of Information
We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
What choices do I have?
You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features. You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. Some information may remain in our records even if you request deletion of such information from your account. We may use aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
What rights do California Residents Have?
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. In addition, you have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you.
